Shipping policy

We ship exclusively within Canada, and every order is carefully prepared before it leaves our facility. Our goal is to get your items to you safely and on time, so you can enjoy your purchase without unnecessary delays.
Shipping Timeline
- Processing time: orders are prepared within 1–2 business days before dispatch
- Transit time: delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipment
- Total delivery time: most orders arrive within 4–9 business days
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (Toronto), Monday through Saturday, start processing the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Delivery Updates
We do our best to meet our estimated delivery times, but delays can occasionally happen due to high demand, weather conditions or carrier issues. If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you updated so you always know where it stands.
